Booking
How do I book a court?
All Pukka Padel court bookings are made through Playtomic. Download the Playtomic app, search for your nearest Pukka Padel club, then pick your court, date and time.
Do I need to be a member to play?
No. Pukka Padel is pay and play, so everyone is welcome to book a court without becoming a member.
Do you offer memberships?
Membership options may be available at selected clubs, offering additional benefits and discounts. Check with your local club for the latest options.
How long can I book a court for?
Available booking durations are shown on Playtomic when you select your court and time.
Can I book multiple courts?
Yes, subject to availability. For larger bookings, contact the club directly and we will help organise your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy shown on Playtomic at the time of booking. Please check it before confirming.
Can I extend my booking?
If the court is free immediately after your session, you may be able to book the extra time through Playtomic.
What happens if I'm late?
Your booking will still finish at its scheduled time, so we recommend arriving early to make the most of your court.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your booking, particularly on a first visit or if you need to hire equipment.
Equipment and cost
How much does it cost to hire a racket?
Racket hire is £3 per racket.
Do I need to bring my own balls?
You do not need to bring them with you — padel balls are available to buy at the club.
Can I bring my own racket and balls?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own racket and balls.
What should I wear?
Normal sportswear and trainers with good grip and support.
Can I buy padel equipment at Pukka Padel?
Selected clubs have retail and pro-shop facilities offering equipment and accessories. Stock varies by club.
Do you provide equipment for group bookings?
Rackets can be hired for £3 each and balls bought at the club. For large group or corporate bookings, let the club know in advance so enough equipment can be set aside.
Do you accept cash?
Court bookings are paid through Playtomic. On-site purchases can be made using the payment methods available at that club.
New to padel
I've never played padel before — can I still book?
Absolutely. Padel is designed to be easy to pick up and enjoyable at any level. You need no previous padel or racket-sport experience to book a court.
How many people play on a court?
A doubles court is built for four players, two a side. Some clubs also have singles courts for two players.
Can I play with fewer than four people?
Yes. You can still book a doubles court with fewer than four players, though padel is traditionally played as doubles.
Can I join games if I don't have anyone to play with?
Yes. Playtomic lets you find and join open matches, subject to availability. Clubs also run social sessions where you can meet players of a similar level.
How do I know what level I am?
Playtomic uses a player-level system to match you with players of similar ability. If you are completely new, start as a beginner and build from there.
Can children play?
Yes. Padel suits both adults and children. Children should be supervised appropriately for their age.
Coaching and events
Do you offer coaching?
Coaching may be available at selected clubs for beginners, intermediate and experienced players. Check Playtomic or contact your local club for availability.
Do you run beginner sessions?
Selected clubs run beginner sessions, social sessions and organised events to help new players learn the game and meet other players.
Do you organise leagues and tournaments?
Yes. Clubs may run leagues, tournaments, competitions and social events through the year. Keep an eye on Playtomic and our social media.
Do you offer corporate and team-building events?
Yes. We can host corporate events, team-building days, staff socials and private events. Packages can include multiple courts, racket hire and hospitality depending on the club.
Can I hire the club for a private event?
Private and exclusive hire may be available depending on the club. Contact us with your expected numbers, preferred date and requirements.
Do you accommodate schools, colleges and universities?
Yes. We welcome schools, colleges, universities and other educational organisations. Group and block-booking options may be available.
Can clubs or organisations make regular block bookings?
Yes. Regular bookings can be arranged for businesses, schools, sports clubs and other organisations, subject to court availability.
At the club
Are your courts indoors or outdoors?
Both. Kidderminster is indoor and Leeds is floodlit outdoor. Court details for each club are on its own page and on Playtomic.
What happens if it rains on an outdoor court?
Outdoor courts are subject to the weather. Check the club's weather and cancellation policy before travelling — any applicable terms are communicated through the club and Playtomic.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking is available at Kidderminster and Leeds. Arrangements at our other clubs will be confirmed as they open.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, toilets are available at our open clubs.
Do you have changing rooms?
Changing facilities vary between clubs. Please check your club's page before visiting.
Do you have step-free access?
Accessibility varies between clubs. If you have specific access requirements, please contact the club before your visit and the team will talk you through what is available and help however they can.
Can I buy drinks at the club?
Yes, drinks are available to buy on site.
Is food available?
Food and snacks vary by club. Selected clubs offer café and snack options.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Policies vary by club and event. Please check with the local team before bringing food or drink on site.
Can spectators watch?
Yes, where capacity and facilities allow. Seating arrangements vary between clubs.
Are dogs allowed?
Pet policies vary by club. Please contact your club before bringing a dog or other pet.
Rules and conduct
Are there rules I need to follow?
Please respect other players, our staff, the equipment and the facilities, and follow any displayed club rules and staff instructions. It keeps the place safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Can I smoke or vape at the club?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the courts or inside our facilities. Please use designated areas where provided.
Can I take photos or videos?
Personal photos and videos are welcome, provided they do not interfere with other players. Commercial filming or professional shoots should be agreed with the club in advance.
